How it worksA Pakistani owner or general manager gets Saudi residency through the Saudi company: it registers as an employer with GOSI and Qiwa, issues a work visa and contract, the manager takes a Wafid medical in Pakistan, travels, and receives an Iqama. From then on the company pays a monthly expat levy and 2% employer GOSI for that manager.
