Document attestation
Indian documents are made valid in Saudi Arabia with an apostille from the Ministry of External Affairs, submitted through the MEA's outsourced agencies. Commercial papers get a chamber of commerce stamp first, and there is no Saudi embassy step. Send PDFs and we tell you exactly what to stamp.
The short answerIndian company documents are made valid in Saudi Arabia by a chamber of commerce stamp for commercial papers, an MEA apostille submitted through the ministry's outsourced agencies, and a certified Arabic translation. India has been an Apostille Convention member since 2005 and Saudi Arabia since 7 December 2022.
Document by document
Indian company documents start in one of two places: a certified or CA-signed copy for company papers and accounts, or a notary for the board resolution and power of attorney. All five are commercial documents, so a chamber of commerce pre-authenticates them before the MEA apostille.

A director's personal papers take a different first stop: the state Home or General Administration Department, and degrees go to the state Education Department. Ask us before stamping anything that is not on this list.
What we handle
Our work on Indian documents happens before anyone pays for a stamp: every page is reviewed from PDFs and names are matched to PAN and passports. The apostilled set then goes straight into your MISA registration from India, and later the Saudi subsidiary's articles. For papers from other countries, see our document attestation and apostille guide.

India has been in the Apostille Convention since 2005 and Saudi Arabia joined on 7 December 2022, so an MEA apostille replaced the old Saudi embassy attestation for Indian company papers.
