Document attestation
Since 30 March 2025, Bangladeshi public documents are made valid in Saudi Arabia with an e-Apostille from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs instead of attestation at the Saudi embassy. Private documents such as board resolutions are notarised first. Send PDFs and we tell you what needs what.
The short answerBangladeshi documents are made valid in Saudi Arabia with an apostille from Bangladesh's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, issued through its e-Apostille service since the Convention entered into force for Bangladesh on 30 March 2025. Private documents are notarised first, and every document is then translated into Arabic. Twelve countries, Germany and France among them, objected to Bangladesh joining. Saudi Arabia did not, so the apostille works between the two. The papers then go into your MISA registration from Bangladesh.
Document by document
Bangladeshi company papers go from an RJSC or issuing-authority certified copy to the e-Apostille, while the resolution and power of attorney see a notary first.

What we handle
Our work on Bangladeshi documents starts with a page-by-page PDF check and ends with a certified Arabic translation, with notary and e-Apostille guidance in between.
Every page checked before anything is stamped.

Step by step
A Bangladeshi document is prepared in Bangladesh in three steps, ending with the MOFA e-Apostille online, before we translate and file it in Saudi Arabia. Co-owners from other countries can read the worldwide document attestation and apostille guide.
Document questions
Bangladeshi documents no longer go to the Saudi embassy; since 30 March 2025 MOFA apostilles them through its e-Apostille service.
Private documents, mainly the board resolution and the power of attorney.
Yes. SAMA, the Saudi central bank, told banks in 2023 to accept apostilled papers without embassy or ministry stamps, which covers the Bangladesh e-Apostille.
Yes. The apostille confirms the signature and seal; the content is translated into Arabic for filing.
Yes. We check PDFs before you spend anything on stamps.
No. Twelve states objected to Bangladesh's accession, so papers for them still need legalisation. Saudi Arabia is not one of them, as the HCCH status table shows.
Legalisation ending at the Saudi embassy in Dhaka. The e-Apostille replaced that chain for documents used in Saudi Arabia.
All 8 divisions
The e-Apostille is applied for online, so where you are in Bangladesh doesn't change the process. Once the papers are ready, they feed the Saudi LLC formation and the rest of the Bangladesh route.
