Corporate bank account
A Saudi company can't pay salaries or receive client payments until it has a bank account, and Saudi banks want to meet the signatory. We prepare the complete bank file from Pakistan, our own employee in Saudi Arabia books the appointment, and you travel once to sign.
The short answerA Pakistani-owned Saudi company opens a corporate bank account once it has its Commercial Registration, using the CR, articles, MISA certificate, National Address and the IDs of shareholders and signatories. Saudi banks usually meet the signatory in person, and they accept apostilled Pakistani documents under SAMA circular 44073468 of 6 April 2023.
The bank file
A Saudi bank opening an account for a Pakistani-owned company asks for the company's Saudi papers and proof of where the capital comes from. For Pakistani owners that proof means bank statements and the SBP remittance route. Apostilled Pakistani papers need no further authentication under the SAMA circular on apostilled documents; the Pakistani document attestation page explains how they get that stamp.
From file to first payment
A Saudi corporate account for a Pakistani-owned company opens in five steps, after the Saudi LLC formation has produced a CR. Only the signatory meeting needs you in Saudi Arabia, and the capital leaves Pakistan after that meeting, not before, under Chapter 20 of the SBP's Foreign Exchange Manual.
Checked against SAMA circular 44073468 and SBP Chapter 20. Each Saudi bank still sets its own checklist.
Bank services
Our bank work for Pakistani owners is about getting the file right before the flight. The signatory travels once, and a missing paper at the meeting means booking a second trip.

Banking questions from Pakistan
Saudi banks normally meet the authorised signatory in person once, so plan one trip; everything else is done from Pakistan.
After the Commercial Registration is issued and the National Address is registered.
Through your Pakistani bank under Chapter 20 of the SBP's Foreign Exchange Manual. IT companies and other exporters can use their exporters' special foreign currency account under general permission; other companies need the SBP's prior permission. Overseas Pakistanis usually send money they already hold abroad.
Yes, when they are apostilled. SAMA circular 44073468 of 6 April 2023 told Saudi banks to accept apostilled documents without further authentication, so MOFA-apostilled Pakistani papers are fine.
Our own employee in Saudi Arabia books it and can attend, so the file is presented properly.
No bank approval can be guaranteed; the bank decides. What we guarantee is a complete, correct file and a fixed fee.
Across Pakistan
The bank meeting is in Saudi Arabia; everything before it is done from Pakistan. In Lahore we can go through the file with you at our office. Once the account is open, the manager's Iqama from Pakistan is usually next. The Pakistan country guide shows the full order, and our worldwide Saudi corporate bank account guide covers owners from other countries.
