Licences come from Saudi authorities
Every licence and registration for a Saudi company is issued by the authority responsible for it: investment registration by the Ministry of Investment (MISA), the Commercial Registration by the Ministry of Commerce, and tax and VAT registration by ZATCA. Other agencies hold the residency and labour records. We prepare and submit applications; we issue nothing, and no page on this website is an official document or speaks for a Saudi authority.
Website content is general information
Our guides, service pages, country pages and FAQs explain how Saudi company formation generally works for foreign founders, checked against official sources on the date shown on each page. They are not legal, tax or investment advice for your situation. The right route depends on your activity, your shareholders and the country your documents come from, so act on written advice given for your own file. Our editorial policy explains how pages are researched and dated.
Legal work goes to our licensed Saudi lawyer
Where your file needs legal work, such as articles of association, a shareholder agreement or the wording of a power of attorney, it is handled by our legal partner, a lawyer licensed in Saudi Arabia who works with us as an external partner, not as our employee. Saudia Company Formation itself does not give legal opinions. The roles on a file are set out on our team page.
No guarantee of approval or timing
We do not guarantee that an authority or a bank will approve an application, or how long it will take. Timelines on this website are either published by the authority, such as the 10 working days MISA estimates for a complete registration file in its Investor Guide (13th edition), or taken from specific client files. They are examples. Neither kind is a promise for your file.
Fees are fixed for the agreed scope
Our professional fee is agreed in writing before work starts and is fixed for the scope written in the quote, with no hidden costs. Government and third-party fees are set by the bodies that charge them and are shown separately. We do not publish fee amounts on this website, because the work differs from file to file; how we work explains what a quote covers.
Client results describe those files only
The outcomes we show, such as a beauty shop formed in 47 days, or two files that went from MISA registration to the Commercial Registration in 25 and 114 days, describe those specific files. Reviews are reproduced exactly as their authors posted them on Google. Your documents and the authorities' workload decide how your own file runs. The files and reviews are on our portfolio.
Links to other websites
We link to Saudi government portals, home-country regulators and the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) so you can check a rule at its source. We do not control those websites, and what they publish, and how they handle your data, is their owners' responsibility. A link supports the fact it sits next to and nothing more, and we do not accept payment for links.
Errors, changes and responsibility
A rule can change after the date a page was checked. If you find something out of date, email support@saudiacompanyformation.com with the page address and we will check it against the source. To the extent Saudi law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made on general website content alone; our responsibility for your file is set by the written quote you approve and our terms and conditions.
